Our Approach

Our approach begins with workers’ voice. We have a strong reputation responding to worker inquires, as well as speaking local languages. Paramount is building confidence in migrant workers on which a relationship is built on trust. Through such, we have guided migrant workers to the proper avenues to which they can seek remedy.

We focus on forced labor indicators, of which certain practices may be permitted under local laws, but against international and corporate policies. This often brings us at an intersection of engagement with businesses, governments, and civil society.

We come from an attitude of knowing and showing the experience of migrant workers, while acting as a close friend to our clients and partners. From there we can find solutions to benefit both workers and companies and governments alike. We have engaged companies in a wide array of sectors such as; electronics, medical devices, tooling, textile, automotive, apparel, and food processing.
